MESSAGE FROM SOUTH CENTRAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION: We invite you to provide input on the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) for the Houma-Thibodaux Metropolitan Planning Organization (HTMPO). The MTP will guide transportation planning and investments across Assumption, Lafourche, and Terrebonne Parishes for the next 25 years.
We are seeking input from community leaders, organizations, businesses, and residents on the region’s current and future transportation needs. The plan addresses all surface transportation modes — driving, biking, walking, public transit, and freight.
